1. WHO WE ARE Praxdeus (the "Service") operates the Praxdeus trading application and the praxdeus.app website. For privacy matters contact: support@investmentsonline.ru. 2. DATA WE COLLECT - Account data: email address, full name, identity document number, password (stored only as a cryptographic hash). - Verification data: photos of your identity document and a selfie with the document, which you send to our support email address. - Device data: an application install identifier and, if you allow notifications, a Firebase Cloud Messaging push token. - Usage data: your trading history (orders, positions, balance changes, bonus progress) and withdrawal requests, including the payment account you provide for payouts. - Technical logs: server logs required for security and diagnostics. 3. WHY WE USE IT - To provide the service: account access, trading, bonus accounting, notifications you have opted into. - To verify your identity before payouts (KYC) and to prevent fraud and bonus abuse (including the one-account-per-device rule). - To process withdrawal requests. - To comply with legal obligations where applicable. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising. 4. SHARING Personal data is not shared with third parties, except: - infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf (hosting, email delivery, Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications); - where disclosure is required by applicable law. 5. RETENTION Account and trading data are kept while your account is active. Verification photos are kept only as long as needed to complete verification and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and personal data via support; data we must keep by law may be retained longer. 6. SECURITY Data is transmitted over TLS. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel. Passwords are stored only as hashes. 7. YOUR RIGHTS You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to support@investmentsonline.ru from your registration email address. 8. CHILDREN The Service is not intended for persons under 18. 9. CHANGES We may update this policy; the current version is always available at https://praxdeus.app/privacy.html.
